An ancient piece of Archeotech, the Robot known as Executioner Unit is a self-aware automaton that originally served as a sentry unit in a long-destroyed manufactorum dome.
Armed with both gun and chainblade, Executioner Unit is a fearsome opponent; many gangers have fled for their lives as their gunfire richoets harmlessly off the robot's adamantium armour while Executioner Unit implacably advances.
This is one of the original Epic Imperial Knights - I thought it would be fun to use on as a 28mm scale robot hireling for Sector B67. I painted it in a House Warwick inspired scheme (purple and green) and then aged/weathered it a lot to portray its status as a walking, self-aware piece of industrial-tech archaeology.
This would be scary to meet in a dark underhive
