Most Beastmen worship the ruinous powers as a whole, or at least as a pantheon with each god paid equal worship at various times throughout the year. Some Beastmen become drawn to one of the gods above all others and become dedicated to their dark master. Phlegmspittle the Rancid is one such Beastman who worships Nurgle alone.
He now raids in the name of the god of plague and will happily work alongside all who do the bidding of his dark patron.
This is the now OOP Pestigor Champion mini from Citadel. I picked it up specifically to include in the Hireling Agency many moons ago.
