Not all who seek the favour of the Dark Gods are successful – and some are too successful – but often the result is the same; spawnhood. The grotesquely muscled, goat-headed thing known as The Failed is said to be a Beastman Chieftain who drew the ire of one or more of his Gods. Now it can be lured to battle with lumps of bloody meat and offal – although woe betide the warband that can't afford to keep it fed between battles!
This was made using the GW plastic Chaos Spawn box - it came originally in a 5th Edition (I think?) Chaos Space Marine army box back when I was going to do a 40k force.
