The Brat - Gunslinger

A runaway from one of the noble houses, the gunslinger known as The Brat is an arrogant, obnoxious and generally irritating juve. His ridiculous hair and over-the-top fashion sense hide a prodigious skill with his custom Laspistols. Those underhivers that underestimate The Brat tend to be found with a fatal lasburn between their eyes after an all too brief shootout.

One of the original Confrontation factions was the Brat Gangs - picked up this miniature pretty cheaply and raided the bits box for some arms meaning he has a bionic arm(!) (the other is from a plastic OG Orlock ganger).  Tried for a subtle mirrorshades look on his glasses, which I think worked quite well.
