Summoned by an ambitious but unprepared Pleasure Cult, the Daemonette known as Lewdheart the Silken-Tongued has somehow become tied to a physical form for longer than usual.
While it attempts to find a way to return to the Realm of Chaos, Lewdheart is absorbing all the experiences it can along the way. Offering assistance to all manner of different cults, tribes and warbands, Lewdheart is not picky about the company it keeps, so long as it serves its perverted and sadistic purposes and provides new and unusual experiences.
This is one of the plastic Daemonettes. Can't remember if some of the bits came from the Seekers of Slaanesh kit though...
