One of the main trades of the province of Hochland is timber and woodcraft – although it seems only a few make many crowns from it. Heinrich was a woodsman at the bottom of the chain – he was good at his job; fast and sure with an axe, but he grew resentful that his lot in life seemed to be simply to make rich men richer.
Picking up a couple of his favourite axes Heinrich left Hochland, seeking a new life as an adventurer. He heard the rumours of riches awaiting in Mordheim, so has travelled to Ostermark with dreams of gold crowns filling his head.
