It is not only humans that can be mutated by the ruinous powers – even Ogres, hardy as they are, can eventually fall victim to the attentions of the Chaos gods. Born stunted and without the gut of his kin, Gronk grew more twisted as he matured. His kin and tribe weren't bothered by the horn that sprouted from his head; but his continued puny size (for an Ogre) and lack of a proper gut marked him as not a true Ogre.
Eventually running out of patience with the twisted runt, his tribe abandoned him near to the human city of Mordheim – they might have wanted him gone, but they figured he could still do with an easy supply of human meat!
From 1986, this mini was referred to as 'Ogre Berserker' - of course, he's stunted compared to the modern (relatively speaking at this point) plastic Ogre Kingdoms Ogres, and with his horn, tusks and clawed toes ripping through his boots it was natural for him to become a mutant in the Hireling Agency.
