A freelancer from the dark land of Sylvania, Erich Fledermaus is a human... barely. A blood-bound servant of the vampiric nobles that rule that province, Erich has been sent to Mordheim to assist the many warbands collecting wyrdstone for the evil plans of Vlad von Carstein.
Erich manages to maintain a double-life, working for human mercenaries whenever he cannot make contact with a Sylvanian warband. So far none of his human employers have discovered his dark secret, but he has nevertheless developed a reputation as a particularly bloodthirsty warrior.
This miniature is 'Manfred' from C26 Men At Arms (1980s Citadel). I gave him a standard shield and decided to have some fun trying out a little free hand.
