Box-split Neo-Shinjuku reinforcements

Box-splitters have revolutionised the hobby for me - whether it is being able to get a single sprue for a skirmish game, or a specific miniature from a boxed set - they make getting the force I want possible without a lot of waste.  Infinity is no exception to this - and thanks to box-splitters I've picked up a few additions to my forces that I otherwise would never have gotten.

For my women-only Qapu Khalqi I picked up the female Janissary:

and the HMG-armed Druze:

I also got these two Zhanshi from the Red Veil box - these will be proxy Alguaciles in my QK:

Next up, my Steel Phalanx Aleph got a couple of new toys - a Thorakites with HMG first:

And my Dactyl got a new buddy - a Yudbot:

I didn't get much for my Nomads, but they got this Nasmat as a proxy Zondbot as I think it fits the Nomad aesthetic better:

The big winners were my PanO CSA though - first up the Dire Foes Comm-Tech mini as a proxy Machinist:

I also got the Neoterra Bolt paramedic as I love the mini:

From a ColdFront splitter I picked up the Deva Functionary - it's a much better miniature than the one available in a solo blister:

Finally for PanO I picked up the Yadu from ColdFront.  This miniature is one of my favourite ever - and that is saying something! I'll probably use her as a proxy Locust, but she could also be a proxy Hexa too.

Of course, it helps to have some civilian/HVT miniatures for Infinity classified missions - so I picked up the Kuge Delegate from the JSA box.  I figured she would be right at home in Neo-Shinjuku!

If you haven't used a box-splitter (there are loads on eBay) then I recommend it - there's no way I would have bought a box of four+ miniatures just to get one I wanted/needed!
