Cephalagius - Wyrd: Empath

Some of the dangerous mutants known as Psykers are granted sanctioned status – some serve in the Imperial Guard, others act as advisors and agents of various noble houses across the Imperium and some serve the feared Inquisitors of the various Ordo.

Cephalagius was a sanctioned psyker within the Guard, but he found it difficult to channel the battle powers expected of that role and grew to despise his life. During a particularly disastrous battle for the Guard, Cephalagius fled. He eventually fell in with the rogue trader Prince Ngozi VIII and served him for a time before being taken on by Azad the Red, a well-connected Guilder on Necromunda. Cephalagius still serves Azad, although now as a mole within the Hireling Agency – this way Azad gets priceless information about the movement of outlaws or developing inter-House tensions.

I'd planned a small Imperial Guard warband for some skirmish rule set but gave up - Cephalagius was one of the survivors, repurposed into a hireling for Necromunda.
