The Wiseguys

Amongst the dangerous gangs of House Delaque that call Grimview their home one is feared above all others - The Wiseguys.  Led by Guido, the Wiseguys ostensibly run a waste removal company, but anyone with even an ounce of underhive-cred knows they are neck deep in all manner of illegal activities.  Protection rackets, smuggling, taking out hits - all in a day's work for the Wiseguys.

Guido has begun to turn his attention to Smedrock; jealous of the riches of that settlement that are controlled by rival Houses, the Delaque Don is preparing a shadow war to take Smedrock for his House - and those in the know claim he has allied with a powerful Goliath gang leader to help take the fight to Smedrock.

Long ago I picked up a selection of the House Delaque gangers - they have been sat on the paint station for over a month, but I've finally got them to a point I can call done.  They all have dreadful faux Italian-American gangster stereotype names and jokes.  I make no apology for the utter cringe-worthy nature of these!

Here's Guido 'the Bullet' Tagliatelle - in both standard and lucky-enough-to-get-a-power-axe form:

Next up, of course, are the gang's heavies - these are (L-R) 'Mad' Petey Pandoro (with the lascannon... yes, a lascannon) and 'Big' Al Espresso (more sensibly armed with a big stubber):

I also picked up the flamer armed heavy mini, which will be pressed into service should a ganger become a Specialist:

On to the gangers - and there are quite a few!

Here's (L-R) 'Long Legs' Rizzo Cappuccino and Bosco 'the Enforcer' Biscotti:

Next is (L-R) 'Fingers' Freddy Fusilli and Paulie 'the Mouse' Provlone:

Here's (L-R) Romeo 'Two Times' Cannelloni, 'Flash' Gianluca Gelato (a conversion of the lasgun/knife model with two bolt pistols) and Mario 'the Cat' Linguine:

And finally here are (L-R) Sal 'the Perforator' Farfalle, Carlo 'the Chef' Calzone (a chainsaw armed conversion of the las/knife guy) and 'Lucky' Luigi Mozzarella:

Of course, every gang needs some juves - as Guido puts it 'the insurance policy'.  Here are (L-R) 'Lil' Ricky Tortellini and Mikey 'Youngblood' Marscapone:

And finally here are (L-R) 'Crazy' Joey Ricotta and 'Bang-Bang' Louie Latte:

These guys were a chore, but I'm pretty happy with how they have turned out in the end.
